• The 2010 Ardleibhéal 1 (C1) examinations will take place in December. (Oral Exam: 03.12.2010; Other Exams: 04.12.2010). The entry deadline is the 22nd October. The application form is available here.
• 2011 examination centres and dates for levels A1 - B2 are on this page. A new application form for these exams will be available online shortly.



• Changes that apply to the 2011 examinations:
• Regarding Scrúdú Meánleibhéal 2 (B2): There will only be 3 news items in Question 1 of the Listening Comprehension. Previously, there were 6.



• Regarding Scrúdú Meánleibhéal 1 (B1): There will only be 2 questions to answer on every item in Questions 1 and 2 of the Listening Comprehension. Previously, there were 3.



• In Question 4 of the Listening Comprehension, there will now be a choice among Fíor/Bréagach/Ní deirtear. Previously, there were only Fíor and Bréagach options.


• TEG Examination Reports for Bonnleibhéal 1 – Meánleibhéal 2 (A1 - B2) are now available on this page. These reports contain a description of every aspect of the exams since their inception in 2005/6.
• Teaching materials for Meánleibhéal 2 (B2) are available now.
• There is now a sample examination paper for Ardleibhéal 1 (C1).
• The C1 syllabus is now available.
